Wellness Plan
- Valid for employees with at least one year of seniority in the company.
- For employees with less than 3 years of seniority, will finance up to 80% of the value of the career.
- For employees with more than 3 years, will assume 50% of the value of the career and will finance 30% of it.
- Employees with more than 10 years of seniority will be given 1.5 salaries per semester for the payment of college tuition.
- Employees with more than 8 years of seniority will be given 1 salary per semester for college tuition.
- Employees with more than 5 years of seniority will be given up to 0.5 salaries per semester for the payment of the university degree.
- Valid for employees with more than 6 months in the company.
- We finance up to 70% of the value of the treatment in the dental offices authorized by the company.
- Suitable for all employees of the company.
- We assume 30% of the cost of the insurance value, which covers the employee and his or her family.
